Thank you so very much. The Orders of Service are just beautiful; the absolutely best quality of print and card. They are just what my Dad deserves.
The design process was very easy. I initially tried to design and print them myself but had a very difficult time with it all. The final product was nowhere near the look and feel of that provided by Esmee. Not even close!
Esmee has been absolutely fantastic. Not only professional, but so truly caring and compassionate. I realised that I had missed a word from the Hymn and that my grammar was not totally correct. I messaged to ask if I could edit but this was not possible once the order was placed (and I accepted that this was the case as Esmee does state this very clearly on the webpage). Esmee is obviously very passionate about the standard of the products and the level of service that she provides as she so kindly re-printed the Orders for me, completely free of charge.
On top of this, the products still arrived within the two day timescale as promised (even following re-print).
I would thoroughly recommend.

The finished order of service book was absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. The printing was clear and professional, the colours and photographs came out perfectly, and the booklet itself felt really special and well made. It was such an important part of celebrating my mum’s life, and I was genuinely so pleased with how it turned out.

I was particularly grateful for the speedy communication and turnaround. Having one less thing to worry about during such a stressful and heartbreaking time made a real difference. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing funeral stationery. The combination of excellent quality, fast service and kindness made a very difficult job much easier. Thank you so much.
