I chose to take on the task of creating the order service, I have never done one before and quite nervous at making sure I did the right thing. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this site. The amount of designs available there really is something for everyone including your fur babies! Our arrived a couple days ago and I’m so so happy with how they have turned out! You can clearly see a great deal of attention has gone into this. Thank you for making this so easy! I love them, they are Exactly what I had pictured!

The design process was very easy. I initially tried to design and print them myself but had a very difficult time with it all. The final product was nowhere near the look and feel of that provided by Esmee. Not even close!
Esmee has been absolutely fantastic. Not only professional, but so truly caring and compassionate. I realised that I had missed a word from the Hymn and that my grammar was not totally correct. I messaged to ask if I could edit but this was not possible once the order was placed (and I accepted that this was the case as Esmee does state this very clearly on the webpage). Esmee is obviously very passionate about the standard of the products and the level of service that she provides as she so kindly re-printed the Orders for me, completely free of charge.
On top of this, the products still arrived within the two day timescale as promised (even following re-print).
I would thoroughly recommend.

The finished order of service book was absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. The printing was clear and professional, the colours and photographs came out perfectly, and the booklet itself felt really special and well made. It was such an important part of celebrating my mum’s life, and I was genuinely so pleased with how it turned out.

Took us a long time to decide we needed an order of service and therefore we ordered on the later side. But the template we chose was lovely and the quality it was printed in was fantastic. I was concerned we would not recieve it on the specified delivery day but we did. I contacted them to double check, and they responded no problems. My only suggestion is that there is a spell and grammar check on the system when you type it is very easy to make a mistake and that would help a lot. But thank you so much
