Service was very good, items arrived on time. I was obviously nervous about doing this because of the time constraint, but I needn't have worried. The process of entering text, and uploading photos was no problem at all.

I ordered the order of service booklets for my cousins funeral, they arrived well packaged and are printed on a lovely quality card. Photos and print both clear, great communication from Esmee, would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

Very happy with the product. Esmee checked with me as my chosen image wasn't high quality and let me choose a different layout to accommodate this. I was really grateful to her for letting me know and taking care to make sure the memory board looked good.

Great people. I configured my own order of service,but Esmee had noticed a problem with my photo.They informed me of the possible problem and then corrected it for me. This proves they care. Can't thank them enough for their services. Also because ot the good prices we were able to afford double what we could have got from the undertakers. Would recommend to anyone who needs this service.
