Very happy with the product. Esmee checked with me as my chosen image wasn't high quality and let me choose a different layout to accommodate this. I was really grateful to her for letting me know and taking care to make sure the memory board looked good.

Great people. I configured my own order of service,but Esmee had noticed a problem with my photo.They informed me of the possible problem and then corrected it for me. This proves they care. Can't thank them enough for their services. Also because ot the good prices we were able to afford double what we could have got from the undertakers. Would recommend to anyone who needs this service.

I was struggling to design the template for my mum, my heart just wasn't in it at all. I ordered the order of service cards for my dad’s funeral and they were delivered the next day. We had a very quick turnaround with only a weeks notice for the funeral so we were pressed for time. Quality of order of services were perfect and delivery was easy even when royal mail loose the originals but you resolved this so quick there was no additional stress for us at a difficult time. Easy website to edit your own personal design for your product, like the booklet that I designed. Price wise it worked out a lot cheaper than leaving it to the funeral director. Depending on how quick you require them, they print package and deliver bang on time. Very pleased, quality product. Fully recommend, will be dealing with them again if another sad occasion comes up in the future. Thank you kindly.

Price worked out quite expensive with guaranteed delivery charge but we couldn't risk any delay in receipt. Had we not paid for this type of delivery, I would say good value for money. Esmee was brilliant in helping put the Order of Service together and made the process really easy, including ensuring we received them on time so thank you very much!
