Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do, but in order to do that you have to be in touch with us so that we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible, as we don’t print anything before your final confirmation.

Do I receive a proof before printing?

Yes, we email you an online flip book as a proof to your design before printing it.

What sizes funeral order of service booklets do you offer?

We offer A5 and A4 sizes, but you can email us for custom sizes, and we’ll email you with a quote.

I have started creating or personalising my design but I don't have time to finish it.

You can save it for later and come back and start again from where you left. Alternatively, you can ask us to complete it for you if you provide us the content and picture.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, if your order has been already printed, then you cannot cancel it.

How do I know, if my order has been placed?

You’ll receive a conformation email after we have received your order.

What happens if I am not home for receiving my order?

If you’re not home to receive your order, then you can choose to leave it at your neighbour, leave it in a safe space, collect it from the collection shop or rearrange delivery.

Do you have same day delivery option?

Yes we do, but for that you have to be in touch with us as we don’t print the orders before receiving your final confirmation to approve the artwork.

What are the turnaround time for processing the order and printing?

We offer 4 working days, 3 working days and 1 working days option for processing and printing.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after we dispatch your order, you’ll get a tracking number for your order via email.

Depending on the length of the service, the inside pages containing funeral information can range from two to twenty pages (or more). You can include entrance song or music, introduction by the person conducting the funeral, a hymn or prayer, speeches and readings, committal blessings, or closing music.

Back Page of Funeral Booklet

You can add your loved one's photo at the back of the page. You can also make a suggestion to your family and friends to donate to a specific cause in memory of the deceased. A thank-you note can be added to those who attended, as well as any friends or family members who will receive a copy of the booklet but were unable to attend the event. If you have decided to hold a wake, you can specify the arrangements and location on this page.
