Most families order between two and five items. The order of service booklet is essential. After that, the most popular additions are memorial cards or bookmarks (small keepsakes for mourners to take home) and thank you cards (sent after the service to those who attended, made donations, or sent flowers). Photo memory boards are displayed at the venue entrance or beside the coffin.
